Requirements:

• You will pay $105 or more with add ons, to secure your appointment, a $10 deposit is required. Please note that there is a $10 late fee if you are 15 minutes late. If you do not call or show up within 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. 

• Please be aware that you will have to bring your own wig and we will provide you with the things needed to install it.
